Responsibilities

In the role of production engineer, you will work at the interface between design and production, where you are expected to contribute to efficiencies and quality improvements. You will also collaborate closely with external parties responsible for material and process technology. Your responsibilities include:

Being the business area representative in new development and production projects.
Identifying and presenting factors that affect these projects.
Being the department's expert on production processes and contributing to continuous improvement.
Maintaining and updating regulations and work processes to ensure efficient workflows.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, we see that you have:

3–7 years of relevant experience in the field.
Very good technical understanding and the ability to work independently.
An analytical and problem-solving work method.
Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work closely with other departments and external parties.
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Conditions

The position is full-time and will be based at the client's workplace. Initially, you will be employed by Q, but there are good opportunities to transition to a permanent position with the client company after the hiring period.
