Your Role

Within Project & Program at Saab Aerospace Systems, we are now looking for an experienced business project manager whose main task is to work with project management in our businesses.

Our largest customers today and in the future include Saab, Airbus, and Boeing. This position is suitable for you if you have a strong commitment and will have extensive contact with all functions within Saab, suppliers/partners, and customers.

You are expected to be responsible for the following:

• Leading project teams
• Executing and delivering all commitments in assigned business projects
• Steering the project towards given goals regarding time, quality, technology, and economy
• Ongoing reporting for the contract manager, steering group, and other organizations
• Representing the company in ongoing customer meetings

Your Profile

Applicants should have an educational background as a university or civil engineer with a focus on technology. We see that previous experience in development work is very valuable along with an interest in new technology and new working methods.

The tasks require you to work independently, have an analytical mindset, be able to collaborate and communicate easily with others, and be driven and flexible. You have several years of experience in project and personnel management and you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
