This area includes several functions and roles such as production technology and tool design for a wide range of production capabilities within detail manufacturing, assembly, final assembly all the way to aircraft delivery. The area also includes its own planning, project management, transfer, and Opex functions that work broadly with improvement work, future methods, technology plans, etc. The business currently employs about 250 people and leads and develops the industrialization of Gripen and future aircraft systems.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Engineer in the area of Industrialisation, you can look forward to varied workdays where you, together with a knowledgeable team, work to sharpen our production. You will either work in a development/industrialization project or work with improvement efforts for ongoing production. In your role, you will be responsible for developing production technical solutions for both details and machines (sheet metal, pipe, welding, and AM articles as well as NC-controlled manufacturing equipment within turning and milling) for aircraft in both new and ongoing projects. You will actively work at the interface between design and production. With us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference! Your responsibilities include, among other things: - Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve production flows - Preparation and work instructions for production materials for both new and existing products - Train and support operators and technicians in the use and maintenance of production equipment.

Your ProfileThis is an exciting opportunity for you who come from the manufacturing industry and want to step into a more production technical role. Furthermore, you should have good insight and experience in production and production processes. We prefer that you have a technical education as a foundation or relevant work experience in areas such as NC machining, welding, or 3D. Good language skills in Swedish and English as well as good computer skills are a requirement. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience of CAD and IFS. Do you recognize yourself in qualities such as communicative, solution-oriented, and curious? Great! Then you likely have good conditions to succeed in the role. The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations.
