Description

Our client is seeking consultants to strengthen the configuration capacity in their ongoing customer delivery projects.

The role involves working closely with the client's business needs and contributing to ensuring that the deliveries meet the highest standards. The focus is on configuring applications according to the client's business requirements and monitoring and managing incoming requests.

Responsibilities

As a consultant, you will:

• Perform application configuration to meet the client's specific business requirements.
• Monitor, manage, and prioritize incoming requests.
• Work meticulously and structured to ensure that deliveries meet requirements and expectations.
• Possibly collaborate with teams handling product areas such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare administration, order management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in configuring applications and/or systems. For more experienced candidates, there are also assignments requiring 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in configuring COSMIC or similar systems in product areas such as Pharmaceuticals, Frameworks, Healthcare Administration, Order Management, Operations Planning, COSMIC Intelligence, and/or Crystal Reports.
• Ability to work meticulously and structured.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience from COSMIC's product areas, such as pharmaceuticals, frameworks, healthcare administration, order management, operations planning, COSMIC Intelligence, and/or Crystal Reports.
• A background in healthcare to have a good understanding of care flows.
