Your ResponsibilitiesAs a production engineer/production technician at Saab, you can look forward to varied workdays where you, together with a knowledgeable team, work to enhance production. In your role, you will represent the technical area during reviews and evaluations and play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes and optimizing efficiency in various projects within the organization. You will actively work at the interface between design, purchasing, and production. You will work according to Lean principles. Your responsibilities include, among other things:- Training and supporting operators and technicians in the use and maintenance of production equipment- Identifying and addressing production-related issues and disruptions- Working on continuous improvements of equipment and processes in the form of design solutions, efficiency enhancements, and quality assurance of processes.

Your ProfileWe believe that you, as an applicant, have a technical education background, e.g., an engineering degree in industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or similar, or are a YH-educated production technician. Furthermore, you have previous experience in production technology, preparation, or within the manufacturing industry. The role of production technician involves extensive collaboration with various departments and business units within the company as well as with external companies. Therefore, you should be outgoing, driven, and accustomed to taking your own initiatives. Good language skills in Swedish and English, as well as good computer skills, are required. Other merits for the position include:- Experience with CAD programs such as Delmia or CATIA- Knowledge and experience with IFS- Knowledge and experience in electronics or composites- Experience in Saab's productionDo you recognize yourself in qualities such as communicative, solution-oriented, and curious?
