About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for handling and accounting for supplier invoices, ensuring they are registered correctly and matched against purchase orders. You will work diligently to follow up on any discrepancies and ensure that deviations are managed in a structured and efficient manner.

A key part of your work is problem-solving, where you identify and address obstacles in the invoice management process. You will also work proactively to suggest and implement improvements to optimize routines and working methods. In more complex cases, you will be responsible for escalating issues to relevant stakeholders and following up until a solution is reached.

By maintaining a holistic perspective and an eye for detail, you contribute to ensuring quality and efficiency in the accounts payable processes while collaborating with colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals.

The position is a consulting assignment with a desired start as soon as possible and runs for a year, with the possibility of extension.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Handling and accounting for supplier invoices: ensuring correct registration and matching of invoices against purchase orders.
• Problem-solving and improvement suggestions: identifying and implementing measures to streamline invoice management processes.
• Escalation of issues: managing deviations and raising complex cases to relevant stakeholders.
• Deviation management: ensuring that any errors and discrepancies are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.

Who Are You?

To fit this role, you have a financial education and previous experience working with accounts payable. You are structured, meticulous, and have a good eye for detail. You thrive in a role where you work both independently and collaboratively with other colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education in finance
• Experience working with accounts payable and accounting
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong sense of service and a solution-oriented attitude
• Structured and meticulous with the ability to prioritize

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
