Tech Talents is a consulting and recruitment company that was founded with the idea of combining the employer offerings of traditional consulting firms with the appreciated business model of the staffing and recruitment industry, allowing clients to over-recruit and consultants the opportunity to transition to the client. We were established in Linköping in 2019 and are now looking for our next colleague who wants to join us on our journey.

Job Responsibilities

As a Consultant Manager/Tech Recruiter with us, you will:

• Proactively work on building your network of candidates.
• Independently drive the entire recruitment process from requirements meeting to candidate onboarding and personnel responsibility as a Consultant Manager.
• Be a partner to some of the region's most attractive technical product companies to understand both their corporate culture and the technology they use.
• Contribute to the development of the entire region by taking initiatives and creating and improving processes.

We are looking for someone who

We believe that most of the points below match your profile:

• Has at least two years of experience in the consulting and recruitment industry as a consultant manager, recruiter, or salesperson. Preferably within IT or technology.
• Is accustomed to driving processes from start to finish and can work both independently and in a team.
• Has the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Is a doer who dares to challenge, contribute to results, and brings good energy.
• Possesses good business acumen and the ability to work both short- and long-term with a results-oriented approach that drives the organization forward.
• Has excellent skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
