Your Role

As a controller in Corporate Cost Control, you will play a key role in the development of the organization. You will be a proactive "right hand" to one or more managers within the IT organization on all financial matters. You will follow up and control financial aspects, actively participate in the management team, and contribute to making well-informed decisions.

You are part of the Finance Team and report to managers in both IT and Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and analyze financial key figures, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Initiate actions to improve financial results and achieve set goals.
  • Create understanding and acceptance for financial management, financial processes, and their purpose.
  • Be business- and operations-focused and actively contribute to business development and decisions.
  • Be an active member of the management team, identify problems, and propose actions.
  • Act as a business partner with high integrity throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with other controllers within finance and actively contribute to improvements in processes, systems, and governance in the area.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and positive, and enjoys working both independently and in teams. You have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and can build trust with managers, leaders, and specialists.

Requirements:

  • Academic education in finance
  • At least 7 years of experience as a business controller or similar
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Structured, positive, and a good team player
  • Experience working closely with managers, leaders, and specialists
  • Location: Linköping, Mjärdevi. The majority of the work time is on-site
  • Proficient in systems with good Excel skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience from similar larger IT organizations or companies
  • You have previously driven change initiatives
  • Knowledge of TBM

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
