Your Responsibilities

As a recruiter at the Talent Acquisition Center, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process primarily for production at Saab, known as Blue Collar. This includes, among other things, requirement profiles, writing and publishing job advertisements, selection, meetings with hiring managers, conducting interviews, candidate assessments after capacity and personality tests, security assessment interviews, and reference checks.

You will provide consultative support to Saab's managers and HRBP, where your expertise in candidate assessment helps Saab find the right person for the right position. Since Saab operates in the defense industry, you will encounter candidates from a security perspective, adding an additional dimension to the assessment process. Saab uses personality and ability tests through the provider Aon in the recruitment processes.

You will also have the opportunity to delve into an area you are particularly passionate about, such as system issues, Employer Branding, improvement work, security issues, etc.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or another relevant field

  • Experience in recruitment, where you have independently worked with recruitment processes

  • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Experience with security clearance interviews

  • Experience with the recruitment system Workday

You will be part of a team of several wonderful recruiters, so we hope you will contribute with great energy, flexibility, and good collaboration skills. In this role, you will have a lot of responsibility as you drive your own recruitment processes independently, which means you also need to have strong decision-making skills. Just like in many other companies, some administrative work is also included, which you should approach in a structured and orderly manner.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
