You will
- work with error handling and invoicing in our business system, reminders, interest invoicing, claims and debt collection management
- provide support and service to both internal and external customers
- work with ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and common accounts receivable tasks
- participate in the work with monthly and annual financial statements
- work with continuous improvements
You must have
- high school diploma with a focus on economics or higher education in the field of economics
- work experience in accounts receivable
- experience in tasks related to claims or debt collection management
- computer skills and good knowledge of the Office suite
It is an advantage if you also have
- experience from UBW/Agresso/Unit4 ERP
- experience in public accounting

The employment is permanent with placement in Norrköping, with start date according to agreement.
We normally apply a probationary period.
As an employee with us, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week. It is the needs of the business and the nature of the tasks that determine if and to what extent it is possible. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.

We develop regulations, grant permits, and monitor compliance. With the help of our registers, we work with fees, permits, and ownership transfers.
