Business Developer at Reventia

Reventia is undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional accounting firm to expanding its offerings with an innovation-driven consulting business. We are looking for someone who wants to help build Reventia's project-driven organization from the ground up and shape the future of business consulting.

The company is currently in an exciting transformation where they are redefining themselves from being a classic accounting firm, and therefore they are now looking for a business developer who wants to work with them to create the future's business services within accounting and business development!

We are looking for someone who wants to take a key role and build Reventia's project-driven operations from the ground up. The position is unique; here you will lead internal business development by creating methods and models while driving external consulting and business with your clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

As a business developer, you will be responsible for establishing Reventia's project operations and driving business with existing and new customers. Your most important tasks include:

  • Developing methods to manage projects effectively
  • Creating a clear project model with phases, decision points, and documentation
  • Designing and packaging new consulting services, as well as developing business models for pricing
  • Being a mentor and coach internally to inspire new consulting services
  • Supporting and developing existing staff in project management
  • Working to find synergies between Reventia's various business areas to maximize customer benefit
  • Processing the existing customer base to expand existing business.
  • Creating long-term customer relationships and building relationships and networks with external actors

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has extensive experience in business development, project management, and process development
  • Has specialist competence in one or more of the following areas: Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Organization, IT, Corporate Law, and/or Tax
  • Has previous experience in relationship-building service sales
  • Has good knowledge of Windows standard programs, presentation tools, and project management systems
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as internal and external communication is conducted in Swedish
  • Has a valid B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Documented education in project management, process development, and sales
  • Experience as a self-employed person
  • Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • We would like you to bring a previous customer base and work on new customers that you can continue to develop together with Reventia's offerings
