We are looking for a Student Assistant for the HR Department at Hyresbostäder

You are offered a flexible and developing part-time job with the possibility to transition into a summer job.

You will work a maximum of 15 hours per week according to the collective agreement for student assistants, and you have the opportunity to largely adapt your schedule according to your studies.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Every year, we at Hyresbostäder offer summer jobs for about 90 young people aged 16–17. We are very proud of this and call it our Junior Team. Our juniors work for three weeks divided into two periods and in groups of about 4–8 people. They work to keep our outdoor environments clean, tidy, and safe.

As a Student Assistant, you will work with the HR processes in the Junior Team. You will be involved in the project from start to finish and support the project owner with your HR expertise.

You will be responsible for the recruitment and hiring process, work with workplace safety issues, labor law, and administrative tasks. An important part of your assignment also includes evaluating and further developing the project for the coming years. During the quieter periods of the project, you will support and relieve the rest of the HR department with operational tasks.

If you transition to a summer job, you will be offered work from mid-June to the end of August. You will then work full-time, which corresponds to 39 hours per week. You will support the Junior Team in HR-related matters and staff the HR department during vacations. Since you will replace regular HR staff during the vacation period, no time off during this period is possible.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

We are looking for someone who is in their third year of the HR program and wants to apply their knowledge in practice. Previous experience is not a requirement; what matters is that you are engaged and have a desire to learn and develop.
