What does the role entail?

You will be part of our central Legal function, which is part of the Legal, Compliance & Sustainability unit. Here, we work to enable business and ensure compliance in a dynamic environment in line with the company's strategy.

The position is located in Östersund, Helsingborg, or Linköping.

We offer a diverse role where you will have the opportunity to grow into your position and work closely with the business. You will be involved in shaping the future legal support within the technology sector. The role may include the following tasks:

• Draft and review contracts
• Conduct legal risk assessments and provide advice
• Develop and maintain business document templates, general terms, and guidelines
• Develop and apply AI as a legal tool
• Contribute to ensuring the business meets legal, customer, and owner requirements
• Conduct screening assessments of business relationships
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and methods
• Monitor developments in the legal areas for which the function is responsible
• Coordinate legal documentation such as internal governing documents, procedures, and policies

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have a paralegal education with at least three years of work experience or are a newly graduated lawyer with a maximum of two years of work experience. You also have:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• The ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English

As the position involves work that may be subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance.
