Do you want to make a real difference?
Here, you contribute to creating safety for people and communities. What you do matters.
Your Role
The Flight Test department is responsible for planning, execution, and reporting of ground and flight tests in rigs and test aircraft. We are now looking for someone to join the area of Basic Flight Systems, Flight Dynamics, and Structure to help develop and improve our operations. You will be responsible for driving and following up on the area's change and quality work in collaboration with the Flight Test Operational Excellence function.
In this role, you will work closely with the area's managers and employees. You will participate in internal audits and coach our employees regarding methodological support in problem-solving and root cause analysis, as well as support or lead in strategic matters related to change and quality work. You will contribute knowledge about efficiency, business development, and change management within the area and actively drive the organization forward to ensure its continued growth and development.
The work is primarily conducted within your own area, but the role requires active and outward collaboration with other parts of Flight Test. You are expected to build and maintain networks, take your own initiatives to make contact, and act as a cohesive and driving force in the dialogue around change and quality work.
Your Profile
As a person, you are motivated by streamlining and improving work methods and tools, while daring to challenge established processes to continuously improve operations within given frameworks. You are unpretentious and responsible and thrive in a role where you can work both in teams and independently. We also see that you possess good analytical skills and can see both the big picture and the details in your work.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- An interest and experience in driving business development, quality, and change work forward with a methodical approach.
- Previously worked with change management and/or project management.
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written form, in both Swedish and English.
For us, it is important that you have a desire to continuously develop your skills and, together with us, contribute to the continued development of Flight Test.
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
