• Drive cultural transformation and change - translate values into practice and create engagement in change journeys.
• Design learning that makes a difference - develop learning journeys that combine theory, practice, and reflection - from beginner to expert.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in strategic HR and competency supply, preferably within the industry.
• Is analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into results.
• Is driven by change, innovation, and digitalization for sustainable growth.
• Has worked with diversity, inclusion, and talent development.
• Is accustomed to driving development work and building relationships across the organization.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
