At StudentConsulting, we are now looking for someone who wants to work part-time alongside their studies at our office in Norrköping for the Östergötland unit. As a job matcher, you play an important role in the company's delivery department. Your work involves delivering a high level of service primarily within our 'rust and match' department as a job coach. You will belong to a results-oriented team driven by simplicity and engagement in their daily work. You will be part of a wonderful group of colleagues who care about spreading joy in the workplace.

Your tasks include

• Coaching conversations with participants
• Scheduling participants
• Leading group meetings for your participants
• Scheduling consultants as needed

The start is planned for March but can be moved forward depending on your availability and our operations.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, self-driven, proactive, and action-oriented. You are passionate about meeting people, structured, and used to prioritizing your work. You have a good ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing.

Furthermore, you are attentive, have a professional demeanor towards participants, candidates, and consultants. Your work consists of a high level of service and quality, both internally and externally, as it is important for both participants and candidates to have as positive an experience as possible in, for example, a coaching meeting with a participant.

This is a part-time position. As our workload is very variable, the need for help may vary from week to week. Some days you may need to be on-site all day, other days it may be 4 hours, but we expect you to have a so-called fixed day every week, although there is of course flexibility. We are therefore looking for someone who has a great interest in people and is seeking a position alongside their studies for at least a year ahead.

Requirements

• You have completed courses or programs related to the position totaling at least 180 higher education credits to be eligible for the job coach position as the employment agency sets these requirements for those working with participants in the 'rust and match' program.
• You have ongoing education or another job; we prefer that you have at least 1 year left in your studies or if you have another job, we are looking for you with the ambition to be with us for at least 1 year.

Meritorious

We consider it an advantage if you have industry experience and have worked with this before, but it is not a requirement.
