In collaboration with a dedicated team, you will lead cross-functional projects aimed at doubling our production volume and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality products. Your contribution will be crucial in supporting our vision of sustainable and efficient energy production.

How You Will Impact

You will optimize material flows to ensure efficiency and reliability in our processes.
You will be “hands-on” in improving our processes, including picking and placing in our automated warehouses and high-bay storage, developing our WMS system, and quality assurance of deliveries to internal customers such as assembly and workshop.
You will scale up and automate internal logistics to support an increase in production volume.
You will act as a vital link between different departments, ensuring everyone works towards common goals.
You will implement dashboards and data tracking systems to monitor and analyze performance.
You will lead cross-functional improvement projects from idea to implementation, creating value for the entire organization.

What You Bring

You are skilled at identifying and driving improvements “hands-on” in operations.
You have documented experience in logistics related to a production environment.
You possess strong project management skills and can drive initiatives across departmental boundaries.
You have analytical thinking and experience in data visualization and performance measurement.
You have a passion for building relationships and a genuine interest in our products and workshop environments.
You are interested in acting as a product owner and requirements setter towards IT.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required for this position.
The role is location-bound to Finspång.
