Do you have a knack for spotting patterns and enjoy working in large processes? Is structure your thing and are you also great at getting into new systems? Do you want to work with the vision of being the best employer in the tourism industry? Then the role of Talent Coordinator at Parks and Resorts is tailor-made for you!

We are looking for a driven Talent Coordinator who has what it takes to manage a smooth scheduling and hiring process for all seasonal employees within Parks and Resorts. You will be a key player in our team and responsible for streamlining and ensuring the quality of the scheduling and hiring process. Your ability to adapt to rapid changes and collaborate with colleagues is crucial for creating a successful team.

What does the position entail?

As a Talent Coordinator, you and your team are responsible for managing the scheduling and hiring process for thousands of seasonal employees across all Parks and Resorts parks, including Gröna Lund, Kolmården Zoo, Furuvik, and Skara Sommarland.

Together with your team, you will develop and use internal tools to streamline, automate, and continuously improve the process. The team creates the best conditions for a good work environment through a smooth scheduling and hiring process, laying the foundation for effective staffing.

Over the course of a year, the team produces approximately 7000 individual schedules for all Parks & Resorts parks, which are then staffed by this team after recruitment is completed.

You will work individually on your areas but in close collaboration with others in the team, the responsible manager, and our recruitment department. You will support managers with staffing issues and be part of the HR team at Kolmården, where other administrative tasks may occur.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have experience in scheduling and/or hiring processes and the ability to work in a structured manner. It is important that you have a good learning ability and easily understand new systems, and we would like to see that you have worked in HRM systems or other personnel planning systems. You also have very good experience with Excel. Experience from personnel-intensive organizations, especially in the tourism industry, is advantageous, as well as a basic understanding of work scheduling (collective agreement and legal interpretation).

To thrive in our team and be successful in the role of Talent Coordinator, you should be service-oriented and have a positive attitude. You should be independent with the ability to take initiative and make decisions. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different tasks in a rapidly changing environment are important. You should have strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, as well as excellent collaboration skills.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are advantageous.

About the position

The position is a full-time temporary position starting from February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Regular working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, with placement at Kolmården Zoo; evening and weekend work may occur.
