About the position ⚡

As a customer service representative, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will primarily receive incoming calls, emails, chats, and assist customers, consultants, and consulting managers through engaged and meaningful service that is correctly administered in the systems.

You will:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement.

  • Assist with questions about the website and recruitment.

  • Contact consultants and receive sick reports, time reporting, and support consulting managers with administration.

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader.

Requirements for the position
  • Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Computer literate

  • Approved high school education

  • Start: 2025-01-26

  • Employment form: Initially, we offer a temporary position with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.

  • Working hours: Open between 07.00-18.00 Mon-Fri
