Your Role

As a Supply & Production Controller, you will step into a new role within the Underwater Systems Business Support function. You will drive efforts for increased efficiency by monitoring and optimizing capital efficiency in both production and supply chain - work that has a direct impact on our operational results.

In close collaboration with line managers and management teams, you will become a strategic partner who, with sharp analyses and clear recommendations, contributes to profitable governance and wise decisions.

You will take a comprehensive approach to our inventory flows by analyzing inventory situations, turnover rates, and inventory values, thereby providing critical input to the business unit's focus on capital efficiency.

Your expertise also plays a central role in our investment process, where you participate in needs analysis, follow up on ongoing initiatives, and provide data that shapes future investments.

In this role, you will report and analyze operational efficiency, outcomes, and forecasts for both customer projects and internal projects - reports that will be crucial for our future decisions. At the same time, you will be a driving force for our improvement initiatives and lead the development of methods, systems, and processes to create a more efficient and sustainable operation.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with deep system knowledge and experience working in business systems related to production, logistics, and finance.

We believe you are a person who thrives in systematic, logical work and is motivated by delving into data with a high level of complexity.

You have a strong understanding of inventory management and how it affects profitability and capital efficiency, and you work analytically and structured with the ability to transform data into concrete insights and improvement suggestions.

You thrive in a role that combines strategic thinking with operational responsibility and are driven to improve processes and create value through collaboration. Additionally, you are not afraid to take on challenging tasks and drive change when needed.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has security classification requirements, this may entail citizenship requirements.
