Job Description

As a payroll administrator with us, you will be an important part of our continued development journey. We have recently changed our payroll system and are now focusing on further developing our processes, adapting the system, and strengthening the delivery.

In your role, you will handle various parts of the payroll process, for example:

• Perform registrations, controls, and quality assurance of payroll data.
• Ensure reporting to authorities and follow current regulations.
• Work with employment administration and archiving.
• Provide service and advice to employees, managers, and administrators.
• Participate in development work, improve routines, and contribute to efficiency.
• Explore and use digital tools and IT solutions, including opportunities with AI, to strengthen our delivery and create smarter work methods.

Our unit consists of payroll administrators, payroll specialists, system administrators, and pension administrators.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• a three-year high school education and a YH education in payroll.
• at least one year of experience in payroll work or personnel administrative work that is deemed relevant for the position.
• good knowledge of collective agreements, preferably within the region/municipality.
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role involves both written and oral communication as well as advice to managers and employees.
• good computer skills and an ease in adapting to new systems and technical solutions.

It is an advantage if you have worked with:

• payroll management in SD Worx.
• schedule management in Tessa.
