As a DDI Coordinator, you will handle delivery time requests where we define project-specific timelines that are capacity secured and become firm delivery promises in our quotes. Cross-functional meetings are led and improvement projects are driven that develop the business. Collaboration occurs with colleagues in sales, planning, engineering, purchasing, and production, providing an opportunity to build a broad network and deepen your understanding of the delivery process of gas turbines. How You Will Make an Impact

• Manage and coordinate delivery time requests within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) group.
• Support colleagues in other parts of the main planning process for smooth flows.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings for complex delivery time requests and ensure clear communication.
• Drive and participate in improvement projects that develop processes and deliver results.
• Build strong relationships with all functions – both locally and globally.

What You Bring

• Experience in planning, logistics, purchasing, order engineering, or project work.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to balance accuracy with a holistic perspective and thrive in working towards deadlines.
• Flexibility, creativity, structure, and integrity.

About the Team

The group focuses on sales and operations planning. Collaboration occurs closely with various functions, and you will gain a helicopter perspective over the entire company – both in Finspång and internationally. Together, the team supports efficient delivery of gas turbines and drives continuous improvements in processes. Curiosity, creativity, and clear communication are valued, and there is an environment where you can grow and make a real difference.

Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines gathered under one roof along with steam turbines and generators.
