Financial Team Manager – Amplio Rental, Linköping

A key role in a growing international company

Amplio Rental is a fast-growing company that has established itself as a strong player in the European market since its inception in 2019. With around 20 employees and an entrepreneurial culture, we continue to expand – and now we are looking for a Financial Team Manager who wants to contribute to our continued development. The position is based at our headquarters in Linköping.

About the role

As a Financial Team Manager, you will have a central responsibility in our finance function. You will lead a team of 3–4 people and be responsible for the company's accounting, reporting, and process development. The role combines operational tasks with strategic initiatives, giving you a broad and varied everyday life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring accurate and quality-assured accounting
• Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Preparing internal and external reporting
• Developing and streamlining our accounting processes and system support
• Collaborating with auditors, authorities, and advisory parties
• Working with analysis of business, contracts, and portfolios
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting

You will report to the head of Operations & Finance and become an important partner in the company's continued growth.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a relevant education in finance and experience in qualified accounting and closing work. You are used to working independently and have good analytical skills.

Desirable experiences:

• International accounting
• IFRS and internal control
• Contract accounting
• Leadership or team responsibility

Personal qualities

To thrive and succeed in this role, you are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You have a good ability to prioritize and manage both details and the big picture. As a leader, you are clear, attentive, and confident – and you create engagement and direction within the team. You communicate professionally in both Swedish and English.
