For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Business Controller for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are plentiful. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Controller, you will work closely with the business and management on analysis, follow-up, and decision support. The role gives you significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence the company's financial development while becoming part of a competent Business Controlling team.

Your tasks include:

Analyzing and following up on results and P&L development for KPIs within your area of responsibility, such as absorption, SG&A, and gross profit.
Presenting financial information clearly and transparently to management.
Working with closing, budgeting, and forecasting for the site and business unit.
Collaborating closely with Business Area and other commercial functions in the global organization.
Contributing to the development and digitalization of financial processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

1–5 years of experience in business controlling, business economics, accounting, or similar.
A bachelor's degree in business economics or another relevant field.
Very good knowledge of English; Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement.
Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel is highly meritorious.
You are structured, analytical, and efficient and enjoy working in a team.
You have a drive to develop both work methods and the business.
