About the Job

You will work with the handling and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. This means that you will analyze and assess different types of documentation. You will request additional information via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes in contact with individuals and businesses. With the support of laws and regulations, you will assess the documentation and make decisions. Some cases are simple and quick while others take more time. You will work with income tax returns for employees and entrepreneurs.

You will receive an introduction and a supervisor who will help you plan your work. You will then independently manage your cases and collaborate with others. The work involves handling various types of cases, and you will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and in depth. We have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

You will belong to the personal taxation department and work in unit 5. Your placement is in Linköping.

About You

In this job, you should:

You should also have:

  • an ongoing (at least 60 approved credits) or recently completed university education of at least 180 credits in economics or law
  • relevant work experience in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

It is also desirable if you have relevant work experience at the Swedish Tax Agency.

Good to Know

The employment is temporary from April 13, 2026, to August 14, 2026. During April and May, the workload is 50%, and thereafter the employment is full-time at 100%. Therefore, there is an opportunity to combine any studies with the work as a tax administrator during April and May. There will be joint reviews and training with mandatory attendance during April and May.

In this recruitment, we may use psychological tests.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
