Our Offer

Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-run health centers, four emergency centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, child health care unit, 1177, and a general medicine training center. We conduct a broad primary care operation where we offer care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

Job Description

Your primary tasks will be journal documentation distributed across both units, reception work, and staffing the health center's many administrative tasks.

Our medical administrators are also responsible for several administrative tasks including bookings, statistics, listing management, invoicing, telephone responsibility, and mail handling.

About You

You are a trained medical administrator with experience in primary care and good knowledge of Cosmic and other IT systems relevant to Region Östergötland. Previous knowledge as an IT resource with LBA responsibility is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are used to working both independently and in a team. You have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are responsible, structured, service-oriented, and attentive. You are positive and have a good attitude and strong collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
