Are you an experienced leader looking to combine strategy, results, and people development? Welcome to Hemfrid – here begins the next chapter in your leadership journey. Operations Manager at Hemfrid – Lead and develop a growing region

Hemfrid is on a strong growth and transformation journey, and we are now looking for an experienced leader for the role of Operations Manager for the South-East region. This is a key role for those who want to combine strategic work with operational leadership – while having a significant opportunity to influence, develop, and drive change in an entire region. You will be an important part of our continued success, but above all, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the operations you lead.

About the role

As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for Hemfrid's operations in the South-East region – a geographically dispersed area with high potential and significant strategic value. You will lead and develop the operations with a focus on growth, efficiency, quality, and strong employee engagement. You will report to the business area manager and be part of the operational management team for the business area. Given your overall responsibility for the region, regular travel to the region's various offices will also occur, at least about three days a week, depending on needs.

In this role, you will have full profit and budget responsibility for your region, including monitoring key figures related to growth, profitability, and personnel. You will drive both daily management and long-term development, leading improvement efforts, implementing new working methods, and other business-critical initiatives.

You will have personnel responsibility for Area Managers and be a close support to them in both operational and strategic matters. Good collaboration within the region is crucial for success, and you are expected to create structure, direction, and conditions for the entire team to perform and develop – together.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with documented experience leading larger teams with full personnel and profit responsibility – and who is accustomed to driving change in complex environments. You have a strong strategic ability and see the big picture, but you also have enough operational experience to support your team in their daily challenges.

You are a clear, confident, and communicative leader who builds engagement through direction, structure, and presence. You thrive in leading change and have the ability to translate goals and plans into concrete results.

We believe you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading larger teams with full personnel and budget responsibility
  • Strong ability to lead through other managers and build well-functioning organizations
  • Experience in driving change and improvement work with clear results
  • Ability to switch between strategic leadership and operational presence
  • An inclusive and development-oriented leadership style with a focus on long-term goals
  • Driver's license B

Preferred qualifications include an academic education in areas such as economics, management, or organizational development.

Other The position is full-time with a start date according to agreement. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the responsible recruiter - [email protected].  We welcome your application!
