Do you want to work broadly with operational HR in a role where you support managers, manage administration, and contribute to the development of HR processes? We are now looking for a junior HR profile who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys structure, collaboration, and service.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will work closely with the HR manager and the managers of the organization. The focus is on operational HR support and HR administration, but you will also have the opportunity to participate in workplace environment and development work depending on how responsibilities are distributed within the HR team.

Examples of tasks include:

Support the HR manager in operational HR work
Be responsible for HR administration, documentation, and follow-up
Assist managers in recruitment and onboarding (advertising, selection, interview administration)
Participate in workplace environment activities, safety rounds, and documentation related to SAM
Contribute to rehabilitation processes in simpler cases
Ensure uniform HR routines and contribute to the improvement of HR processes
Manage administration related to training and competence development
Participate in and sometimes lead smaller development activities within HR

Your Profile

Post-secondary education in personnel and labor relations, HR, behavioral science, or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in broad operational HR work, HR administration, or equivalent
Experience supporting managers in basic HR issues (recruitment, onboarding, basic-level rehabilitation, workplace environment administration)
Experience with union collaboration and/or handling collective agreement issues in daily operations
Experience in recruitment processes
