Fitesa Sweden is a process industry that manufactures nonwoven (fiber fabric), a textile-like material made from extremely thin polymer fibers. The products are primarily used in the hygiene sector, for example in baby diapers and incontinence products. About the Role

As an HR generalist at Fitesa Sweden, you will have a broad and varied role with close contact with both managers and employees. You will work operationally with HR support in daily activities, drive HR processes forward, and contribute to good structure and quality in administrative work. The role also means that you will grow within the payroll area and be involved in the company's continued digitalization and development work.

Examples of key tasks:

• Provide operational HR support to managers and employees.
• Work with recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle HR administration such as employment contracts, certificates, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate training and support in contacts with occupational health services.
• Work with payroll preparation in Tidomat and Hogia Lön+
• Participate in HR and work environment-related development issues and contribute to more efficient and digitalized HR processes.

Your Profile

As a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, and enjoy a role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. You take initiative, drive your work forward, and appreciate being a visible and accessible HR partner in the organization. You are unpretentious, structured, and curious about developing within the HR field. To succeed in the role, you have a relevant bachelor's or university degree or equivalent standalone courses (with significance) in central HR-related subjects, at least 1 year of work experience in the HR field, and an interest in labor law. You are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
