We are one of the region's health centers, serving over 9,200 registered patients. Our facilities are located in the picturesque area by the shore of Ljustern. We have about 50 friendly and dedicated employees with various professions such as doctors, nurses, psychologists, midwives, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, clinic assistants, therapists, receptionists, rehabilitation coordinators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and managers.

Medical Secretary for Health Center Säter

As a medical secretary with us, you will primarily work with documentation in the Cosmic journal system. You will be responsible for mail handling, scanning, image management, and handling some orders in the Raindance portal. You will assist other staff with documentation, journal systems, etc. Your tasks will also include some work at the reception, where you will be the face of the health center. Depending on the needs of the organization, additional tasks within your area of work may be added.

Requirements: You are educated according to one of the following options:

• Medical Secretary Program 120 credits
• Healthcare Administration Program 180 credits
• Medical Secretary YH 400 points or
• 1-year post-secondary healthcare documentation education

You have a strong interest in working in primary care and see yourself as part of a larger whole where you can contribute with your skills and commitment! You have a good ability to work both in a team and individually. Personal qualities are highly valued.
