About the position

As a customer service representative at Releasy, you will:

  • Represent Releasy and our client Telia, one of Sweden's most successful companies in the IT and telecom industry.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers via calls. Other communication channels such as chat and email may occur.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on meeting the customer's needs.
  • Actively work with upselling in every customer contact and deliver solutions that make a difference for the customer.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and guide customers through various processes.
  • Actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. There are varying working hours scheduled within the assignment's opening hours, which are Monday-Friday 08:00-19:15 and Saturday 09:00-17:15.

We offer a collective agreement with a fixed monthly salary combined with a commission model that rewards your efforts.

Training starts on 2026-01-08.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
