Do you want to play an important role in an industry-leading expanding family business, where you work with proactive sales in the field? Are you a social and service-oriented salesperson looking for a varied job with a lot of customer contact? Then you might be the one we are looking for as our new regional salesperson in Dalarna!

What does the position entail? As a regional salesperson at Hydroscand, you will work purposefully in your pursuit to develop sales, guided by the company’s business idea.

Your main tasks will involve both proactive activities and managing existing customers, where you will be present at the customer’s location in both cases. You will plan and conduct activities that generate profitable business for both the customer and the company, both in the short and long term. Additionally, you will participate in trade fairs and open houses.

You will sell both our products and services, with a strong focus on promoting our mobile hose service SlangExpress. In addition to new customer visits, you will also have recurring visits to predetermined customers where you will take orders, resolve deliveries, and follow up on inquiries. You will manage and analyze customer information in Lime CRM.

You will work in Dalarna, where we have branches in Avesta, Borlänge, Ludvika, and Mora. You will report to the regional manager from one of the branches. You will also collaborate closely with branch managers and branch employees in the region. If necessary, you will also work across regions to support the sales organization.

Who are you? To thrive in the role of regional salesperson, you should be attentive and genuinely interested in sales. We want you to have excellent social skills and the ability to create and maintain good relationships with both customers and colleagues. As a person, we prefer that you are positive, driven, responsible, and self-sufficient. A B driver's license is a requirement.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

  • Experience in sales or customer contact within the industrial or manufacturing sector. It is also an advantage if you have a background in, for example, hydraulics, automotive technology, and/or knowledge of hoses and piping components.
  • Experience in B2B sales, where new customer acquisition and proactive sales are a natural part of your daily routine.
  • Knowledge of contract writing and budgeting, as well as experience working in business and/or CRM systems.
