About the Client Company

We are looking for consultants in transport planning for upcoming assignments in Ludvika.

Konsultia works with various industrial companies operating throughout Dalarna. Common to them is the need for driven and meticulous employees who can quickly contribute to administrative functions and provide support where the need is greatest.

Your Responsibilities

As a consultant, you will have varying assignments depending on the company's needs. The assignments are often operational in nature, where you work closely with different departments and play an important role in the daily flow.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with good experience in transport planning and who thrives in a dynamic and coordinating role. To succeed in this role, we expect you to:

Have experience in transport planning, preferably within both national and international flows.
Have relevant education in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding.
Be structured, solution-oriented, and possess good communication skills.
Be accustomed to working with administrative flows and have good computer skills, especially within the Office suite.
Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
Have the ability to manage multiple points of contact simultaneously, both internally and externally.
Hold a valid driver's license (B).

It is a plus if you have:

Knowledge of and experience in handling customs documents and freight documentation.
Previous experience working in business or transport systems, such as SAP.
Experience collaborating with freight forwarders and carriers at both national and international levels.
Experience working in the manufacturing industry.

Availability: Immediate
Working hours: Daytime, full-time
Location: Assignments will take place at our client company in Ludvika.
Employment type: Consulting position through us with the possibility of extension or transition to the client.
