In the role, you will

  • 🌟 Be the customer's first contact when they call in - you set the tone for their experience.
  • 🎧 Help customers for real by listening, guiding, and solving problems - often directly in the conversation.
  • 🚀 Actively work with sales by understanding the customer's needs and recommending smart solutions that truly improve their everyday life.
  • 💜 Provide world-class service and contribute to ensuring that Telia's customers feel seen, heard, and satisfied - every time.

The practical (but important!)

  • Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
  • Training: Basic training combined with practical work.
  • Salary: Fixed monthly salary combined with a commission-based bonus linked to your upselling.
  • Working hours: Working hours are varied. Telia's opening hours are between 8 AM - 7:15 PM on weekdays and 9 AM - 5:15 PM on Saturdays.
  • Start: Training begins on 7/5, which is also the start date for employment.

Is this you?

  • Have a high school diploma
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable in English as well.
  • Have good technical skills - you can switch between programs and learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Are communicative and solution-oriented - You enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and finding smart ways forward.
  • Have experience in service and sales - But it's a plus, not a must! If you have the right attitude, we will teach you the rest.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working towards clear goals and gets energy from making a difference for customers. You are curious and like it when a lot is happening around you. Working with upselling feels motivating to you, as you see it as a natural part of a good customer meeting - not as a requirement, but as a way to create even more satisfied customers.
