Description

We are looking for someone who is interested in procurement and purchasing issues and is passionate about development. Here you will have the opportunity for independent work with your own responsibility. At Orsa Municipality, you will be part of the finance department, where we currently have seven members.

Responsibilities

As a procurement coordinator, you will work across the municipality and thus have a central role in the municipality's development regarding procurement and purchasing issues. You will also be our system administrator for the e-commerce system and Orsa's link to the joint procurement unit in Mora.

You will lead the municipality's ordering organization, be responsible for contract follow-up, and be the contact person for overarching procurement issues. In your role, you will support the operations in areas such as direct procurement issues.

The position also includes analytical work, among other things, in connection with the municipality's efforts against welfare crime.

Qualifications

A university degree in, for example, economics or equivalent experience is required. Professional experience in purchasing and/or public procurement is meritorious, as well as experience with e-commerce systems.

To fit the role, you must have high IT maturity as you will be working in many IT-based systems simultaneously.
