About the role

As a customer service officer, you are an important ambassador for Vamas and a central contact point for our customers. You handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing service and guiding our customers in matters related to our operations. The role combines both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues, where you help create an accessible, clear, and professional customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving, registering, and processing incoming inquiries (e.g., ownership changes, deviation management, customer orders such as sludge removal).
• Welcoming visitors at the reception.
• Handling incoming mail.

You will work in a friendly team where we support each other, and where the workdays are varied and eventful.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys customer contact and has a positive demeanor.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• Has good computer skills and can easily learn new systems.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Can work during the summer by agreement.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have previous experience in customer service – we primarily value your willingness to learn and contribute.
• Have previous experience in administrative tasks.

Other information

We are continuously conducting selections for interviews. This means that the position may be filled before the application deadline, which is 2026-04-24. The position is a part-time employment with working hours during weekdays from week 26 to week 31. Start date according to agreement.
