Job Description

We are looking for engaged and quality-conscious customer service representatives for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients starting in May. You will work to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively while maintaining high quality in your work. Welcome to a workplace with friendly and supportive colleagues. The assignment starts with a good and well-organized onboarding for a smooth start. If you are an independent and service-oriented person with experience in customer service and want to be part of a wonderful team, we look forward to your application. Working hours: daytime, Monday to Friday. The employment is primarily a temporary consulting position until the end of August with a chance of extension.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for professionally handling and resolving customer inquiries within the claims area.
• Ensure that each case is treated carefully and structured.
• Communicate effectively with customers to build good relationships and provide high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills to create positive relationships with customers.
• Attention to detail and structured working methods.
• Ability to perform tasks with high quality.
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English.
• Good system/data skills.
• Experience in customer service.
