ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for someone to work as a transport administrator during the summer of 2026 at MaserFrakt in Borlänge. The work is mainly performed in front of a computer where you will handle shipping documents and register orders in the company's transport system. The role is varied, and you will also be involved in tasks such as mail handling, invoicing issues, scanning of shipping documents, and archiving. You will be welcomed into a supportive group where a positive attitude is important. You will start your assignment with training where you will receive an introduction from regular staff before you are expected to work independently with support from colleagues.
The start date is according to agreement, and the need extends throughout the summer. The extent varies between 75-100%. After the summer, there may be an opportunity to continue working as needed to support during absences, sick leave, or peak seasons at Maserfrakt.
You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at MaserFrakt.

JOB DUTIES
Responsibilities
- Manage orders in the company's transport system
- Perform other administrative tasks such as invoicing work, handling shipping documents, mail, and archiving
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a university or college and has at least 1 year left of your studies, proof of registration needs to be provided
- Has very good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite as the majority of the work is performed on a computer
- Has good knowledge of Swedish as the language is used in daily work
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience from a similar role
- Experience working in transport systems
- If you are studying with a focus on economics
- Live in Dalarna and are interested in continuing to work as needed in the fall

- Working hours: Weekdays with working hours scheduled during the day
- Extent: 75 - 100% during the summer, with a possible chance of extension if needed in the fall
