All employees perform all tasks at our facilities, making the work very fun and varied. A workday can include customer service, price tagging, inventory, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. Your main responsibilities as a sales associate:

• Actively engage in customer interaction – we want to provide all customers with first-class service.
• Sell high-quality building materials at the best market price.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the premises and ensure that the shelves are always well-stocked.
• Pick lumber, conduct inventory, handle incoming deliveries, and price tag items to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist in measuring and counting customers' items.

Qualifications:

• Have an interest in renovation and construction, retail, and customer service.
• Driven by sales and exceeding customer expectations.
• Class B driver's license.
• Ability to count and measure customers' items without difficulty.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and can communicate in English.
• Available to work during store hours.
• Can stand for and work according to our values.

• Service-oriented – has a desire to work with service and is passionate about sales.
• Quick, efficient, attentive, flexible – qualities that can provide a good customer experience.
• Responsible - for personal development and for the success of the facility – the mindset of the team before self.

• Used to taking initiative and seeing what needs to be done.
• Curious to learn new things.

Other:

• Experience in construction, retail, and customer service is an advantage.
• Forklift experience is an advantage.
• Forklift training and driving license are provided internally at the facility.

Working hours:

• According to store hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• The position is a fixed-term employment starting from 2026-04-20 and ending on 2026-08-31.
