About the assignment In the role of rental agent, you will be responsible for all or part of the rental process and have an important function in the contact with both housing seekers and tenants. The assignment involves close collaboration with colleagues and practical work where service, structure, and flexibility are crucial. You will work in the client's business system and support the operation in Falun, and during the summer also cover in Borlänge as needed. The assignment is primarily scheduled during the summer months, which means the opportunity for longer continuous leave is limited during this period.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Handling terminations and writing rental agreements
• Managing and publishing housing advertisements
• Maintaining ongoing contact with housing seekers and interested parties
• Booking and conducting viewings
• Working with tenant dialogue and customer service
• Staffing the reception during opening hours
• Handling key handover at month-end
• Performing administrative tasks related to rental and living environment
• Collaborating and supporting the offices in Falun and Borlänge

Qualifications and experience

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on service, sales, or administration
• Experience working as a rental agent or in similar roles
• Broad experience in administrative tasks
• Experience with customer contact and service in a professional environment
• Good system skills and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• Vitec
• HomeQ
• Work within housing companies or the real estate industry
