Customer Booking Agent / Meeting Scheduler – Energy Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for an engaged customer booking agent to schedule meetings for our energy advisors. You will contact potential customers by phone and book advisory meetings regarding modern energy solutions such as solar energy, battery storage, and charging solutions. The role is central to our sales process and involves daily contact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone
• Schedule qualified meetings for our energy advisors
• Update and work in our CRM system
• Follow up on leads and previous contacts
• Contribute to developing our booking efforts and sales flow

We are looking for someone who

• Is communicative and enjoys phone interactions
• Has a good ability to build trust quickly
• Is goal-oriented and results-driven
• Has good Swedish skills in speech and writing
• Experience in meeting scheduling or telemarketing is a plus
