Description

We are looking for a school administrator/administrative officer for the preschool and primary school administration, placed at Morkarlbyhöjdens school with responsibilities for other schools.

As a school administrator, you will be the spider in the web at the school. You will handle daily administrative tasks such as absence reporting, payroll management, and substitute procurement. You also play an important role as the first point of contact for the school. You will communicate with our external partners such as cleaning contractors or other suppliers. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the school management and staff.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include personnel management such as employment contracts, substitute management, and scheduling. IKT administration during the distribution/purchasing process of iPads/computers.

Qualifications

Education in administration at least at the high school level or equivalent.

Knowledge:

• Very good IT skills due to our work in many different data systems and programs.

Experience:

• Experience in similar tasks
