We are looking for a driven and analytical Claims Coordinator who wants to help develop claims management in our operations. In this role, you will have a key position in the work to reduce claims costs, enhance safety, and contribute to efficient vehicle operations within public transport.

About the role

As a Claims Coordinator, you are responsible for driving local improvement efforts within claims management. You analyze damages, follow up on cases, develop working methods, and actively work on damage prevention initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with several functions both internally and externally – such as the insurance department, workshops, unit managers, operational management, technical functions, and suppliers.

Main responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and follow up on damages and drive improvement work.

• Compile statistics and identify recurring patterns.

• Provide support during claims discussions and manage incidents.

• Handle cases related to onboard equipment and vehicle IT.

• Actively work in claims and vehicle-related systems.

• Train relevant employees in claims management processes.

Qualifications

• High school education.

• Driver's license B is required.

• Driver's license D is an advantage.

• Good analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in investigation, planning, and coordination.

• Good knowledge of the Office suite.

• Very good Swedish in both speech and writing.
