Our healthcare center continues to grow – and so do we! We are now looking for someone who wants to be our face to the outside world and create a warm and professional first impression for our patients. We are looking for a positive and secure person who wants to become an important part of our reception.

About the role

As a receptionist with us, you are the first person our visitors meet. You play a central role in creating a welcoming and safe atmosphere and contributing to a smooth daily operation for both patients and staff. The sunshine of the healthcare center.

We are looking for someone who is

• Cheerful and service-oriented
• Calm and secure even in stressful situations
• Solution-focused and proactive
• Structured and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable communicating fluently in Swedish (and preferably also in English)

Job responsibilities

• Welcoming and receiving our visitors
• Cash handling
• Administrative tasks and support to colleagues
• Ensuring that the reception is representative and pleasant
