Region service, Customer Service is located in all hospital towns, Avesta, Falun, Ludvika, and Mora. Administration, photography, and activation of e-ID cards will take place at all locations.

Assistant, Customer Support, Region Service Dalarna

Administration,

• receive error reports
• orders via phone, email, and forms

Create work orders in the system,

• Parking matters
• housing
• car pool usage
• e-ID cards.

• Experience with switchboard work where you receive orders and handle cases in various business systems as well as administrative work.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Driver's license B is a requirement
