Do you want to be the face of Leksandsbostäder and provide excellent service to our tenants and contractors?

We are now looking for a customer service representative for our office in Leksand.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of customer service representative, you have a central function in meeting our customers. You are responsible for the reception where you welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure that fault reports, cases, and information are directed correctly within the organization. The workday includes a combination of phone calls, email conversations, system administration, and spontaneous questions from tenants and contractors visiting the office. You also play an important role in our key and access structure where you are responsible for orders, distribution, and administration of keys and act as a superuser in our various systems.

The work also involves supporting other operations with information dispatches, notifications, and administration related to projects affecting tenants. You provide support to the rental function and assist customers with simpler rental-related inquiries. The role also involves participating in and driving improvement work within your area of responsibility, acting as an evacuation leader in case of fire, and ensuring that the work is carried out correctly. The work is both independent and collaborative, and you will become an important part of a team where everyone supports each other in everyday life.

Your Profile

To thrive in the role, we see that you have a natural sense of service and enjoy meeting people in various situations. You find it easy to create a professional and friendly demeanor and are comfortable handling multiple inquiries simultaneously. The role requires a structured and solution-focused approach as the pace varies and tasks are often interrupted and change direction. You are communicative, pedagogical, and meticulous, and you have good experience working with digital systems as well as handling both computer and phone effectively.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, and it is an advantage if you master additional languages. Previous experience in customer service, administration, case management systems, or work in the real estate industry is a plus but not a requirement; the most important thing is your personality and your willingness to contribute to a well-functioning operation. We prefer that you live in the local area as the role is location-bound and requires the reception to be staffed from early morning.
