Are you a structured and service-oriented administrator who wants to contribute to safety and order at a market-leading pest control company? We are now looking for an administrator for Anticimex in Falun. Here you will have a varied role in an engaged team where you support with administrative tasks that are important for the business's delivery and customer service.

About the role

As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our client during the holiday period, manage and coordinate various cases related to pests and home services. The role also involves providing service via phone and email and working in various business systems. The assignment will run from week 23 to week 32.

About youFormal qualifications

We are looking for an individual who is skilled with computers and has an easy time navigating different programs. You should have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and be able to express yourself well in writing. A good sense of service is important, as well as feeling comfortable with having a lot of contact with customers. It is also important that you can follow instructions carefully and ask questions when something is unclear.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have previous experience with administrative tasks, preferably from a service or field organization. Experience in customer service, scheduling, or working in business systems is meritorious. Work within a similar industry, knowledge of invoicing and financial administration, as well as experience with CRM and time reporting systems are also advantageous.
