We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for a larger and well-known company in the construction and civil engineering sector with operations in Borlänge.

About the company

The company is an established player in construction and infrastructure, working with both project operations and industrial production related to civil engineering. The business is seasonal and characterized by a fast pace, strong team spirit, and close collaboration between production and support functions. You will be part of the local organization in Borlänge and work closely with the operations.

About the role

The role is broad and varied; as a Payroll Administrator/Area Assistant, you will work closely with the business and support managers and skilled workers in administrative and financial matters. You will be an important link between HR and production and have many points of contact, both digitally and on-site.

Examples of tasks:

• Payroll processing according to applicable collective agreements
• Time reporting and management in HR systems
• Financial administration, invoicing, and follow-up
• Support in tendering work
• Administrative support to site managers and skilled workers
• Work in several business and financial systems

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school education, preferably with a focus on economics (further education is an advantage)
• Has experience in payroll administration and/or financial administration
• Has worked with collective agreements, preferably in the construction and civil engineering sector
• Thrives in a role with many points of contact and is relationship-building
• Is structured, meticulous, and self-driven
• Is comfortable with digital working methods

• Start: March/April
• Contract length: Approximately 12 months
• Scope: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Travel in the job may occur

This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities to gain experience within a larger and established company with development opportunities over time.
