About the Role

We are looking for an order handler for upcoming assignments with our client. In this role, you will work to ensure a smooth and accurate order process from start to finish. You will be an important part of the team and support both internal and external customers by managing orders, following up on deliveries, and contributing to high customer satisfaction.

The focus of the role is on administration, coordination, and customer contact, where you are the hub that makes the order flow work effectively and according to the company's guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the order process from quote to delivery.
  • Order registration, order placement, and review of incoming orders.
  • Ensure that orders are released on time and comply with internal guidelines and policies.
  • Coordinate deliveries and provide support regarding order status.
  • Handle payment-related questions and documentation related to orders.
  • Follow up on discrepancies and resolve order-related issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, project management, and other functions to ensure an efficient order flow.

The assignment period may vary. Typically, the employment begins with a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.

About You

To succeed in this role, you need to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English and Swedish. We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and enjoys a coordinating role with many points of contact.

We place great importance on personal suitability and would like you to have:

  • Experience in order management, project administration, or customer support.
  • The ability to work in a structured, accurate, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Good collaboration skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new ways of working.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of contracts, delivery terms, and payment terms is an advantage.
  • High school education or equivalent. University studies are a merit.
