As an HR Administrator in a digitalization project, you will play a key role in streamlining and modernizing HR processes through smart, data-driven solutions. We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and self-driven with the ability to push initiatives forward and translate needs into sustainable digital improvements.

About the assignment

We are looking for a full-time HR Administrator for our client in Borlänge for a consulting assignment via Bemannia, located at the client's office. The assignment is expected to start immediately and last for four months until midsummer. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of remote work some days a week, adjusted according to the needs of the business.

Your tasks

In this role, you will work with the business to digitalize and improve HR's working methods. This means converting manual and paper-based processes into smooth, digital flows in the HR system. The goal is to create structure, save time, and make it easier for both HR and managers.

• Digitalize manual and paper-based HR processes (e.g., onboarding and offboarding)

• Ensure that routines work smoothly in the system's workflows

• Gather needs from managers and translate them into solutions

• Drive the work from idea and analysis to finished solution

We are looking for someone with experience in HR systems, good process understanding, and the ability to work structured and independently.

Your qualifications

• Some education in HR

• Experience working in HR systems

• Interest in digitalizing and implementing administrative processes

• Interest in translating routines and policies into structured, digital flows

• After some guidance, transition to independently project managing

• Good administrative skills and system familiarity

Meritorious

• Experience with the HR system FLEX HRM
